We will focus on improving the 6 key components of general fitness: strength development, core stability, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, flexibility and mobility, balance and agility, power and quickness development.
Your program will include strength training to tone your body and increase metabolism for purposes of weight management, flexibility training to avoid injuries, and core and balance training to ensure the foundation of your body is where your fitness level really begins. Every session will include cardio and I will motivate you to stay faithful to your cardio workouts with or without me. I will create challenging workouts tailored for you every time you attend a session. By using a variety of fitness toys for your workouts we'll get you on your way to an all new and improved you.

Why a Personal Trainer?
There are many benefits to hiring a personal trainer. A qualified personal trainer can help you reach or maintain a healthy weight and improve your overall conditioning. With one-on-one encouragement and motivation you can enhance your flexibility, strength, endurance, posture, balance, coordination as well as your cardiovascular health.
You will receive a personal workout plan specifically tailored to your individual needs. You simply show up to your session and your trainer directs all your activities. With a personal trainer you will receive intensive, on-going instruction and encouragement during your session. We will give you the knowledge and skills to improve your workouts and take your fitness to a whole new level.
Personal Training here at A Fit Plan
Personal Training are available in 30 or 60 minute increments. We recommend 2-3 of either trainings per week for best results. We do not use the standard big box machines here at AFP but instead we utilize free weights and other fitness toys to get you where you need to be. We have everything you need for total body trainings.
The first session is always a “get to know you” type session. I use this session to find out your goals are and if you have any limitations. You will be working out so dress in your workout wear and tennis shoes. From there, I’ll plan your workouts to give you the best possible results. During your trainings I’ll ask that you to eat clean, use portion control and reduce or eliminate alcohol use. Food choices and exercise work hand in hand. You CAN do this.
30 Minute Trainings
PT Session 10x (30 min each) ($40 per training) $400 (6 weeks exp)
PT Session 20x (30 min each) ($35 per training) $700 (12 weeks exp)
1 Hour Trainings
PT Session 10x ($80 per training) $800 (6 weeks exp)
PT Session 20x ($70 per training) $1400 (12 weeks exp)
We understand that this is also a financial commitment not to be taken likely. We will never try to upsell PT packages. We will strive to get you where you can do this on your own so you won’t have the added expense.
