AOA (active older adults) Membership (age 62+, limited class schedule)
Please Note: RSVP is required for class and even if the class is full put yourself on the waitlist because if a spot becomes available the system will bump you into class and send you a text notification.
All classes are standing classes. We have chairs available if needed and options are always given to our member.
You will be able to take our 3 designated AOA strength classes per week. Plus, you can attend our Cardio Dance class and our Cardio Kickboxing class.
AOA RIP: (Repetition, Intensity, Precision) is a barbell/dumbbell workout that incorporates function orthopedic strength training. Every movement plane is attacked using weights and body weight. Featuring safe and motivating exercises, and great music to create a thrilling group fitness atmosphere. Unlike the regular RIP class, we will stay standing throughout this workout. 45 minutes
AOA SIM: (Strength in Motion) Grab some weights and be ready to sweat with this combination class designed to strengthen and tone muscles along with increasing stamina and working on the cardiovascular system. Please dress comfortable in cool clothing and tennis shoes. 45 minutes
AOA Tabata S/C (strenth and cardio) - 20 seconds of work/10 seconds of rest alternating with Strength and Cardio AND the best part about this class is the sing-a-longs. Let's get loud and have a blast in this 45 minute class.
CARDIO DANCE (Hi/Lo): (All levels can take this class including AOA)
2 instructors teach this class. One showing a lighter option. LET YOUR HAIR DOWN AND FEEL THE BEATS. FOLLOW ALONG WITH THE INSTRUCTOR AND ADD YOUR OWN STYLE. 45 MINUTES
Cardio Kickboxing/Tabata Style: (All memberships including AOA) Learn cardio kickboxing moves while working with a Tabata timer. Each Tabata consist of 20 seconds of work/10 seconds of rest/8 rounds. 45 minutes
Cardio Kickboxing/Strength: The instructor will lead you through a series of fun and easy-to-follow boxing moves such as Jabs and uppercuts and you might even do a few kicks along the way including a strength workout segment. Approx. 45 minutes

Cardio Beats: Drumsticks help us keep the beat in this fun and energetic cardio class. This class is like recess for adults. No drumming experience needed as this class is fitness drumming with easy-to-follow patterns. Approx 35 minutes
